Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:The Vice President, Nursing Operations partners with the Chief Nursing Executive/ Senior Vice President in developing strategic, operating, and financial plans to accomplish UCI Health's mission. The Incumbent provides Nursing leadership to Clinical Care Operations, Care Management and other nursing functional areas across the Orange and Irvine medical centers. Has responsibility for accessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice, care management and clinical operations for the health system. Works closely with Senior Leadership throughout the health system to ensure that the Medical Center functions in a manner that is financially successful and delivers UCI Health's mission. Serves as the primary point of contact for all care management and clinical operations matters and collaborates closely with health system leaders to align clinical operations with organizational goals and standards.
