The salary for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 hourly.Job SummaryIf you are organized, have an eye for detail, enjoy juggling numerous tasks, and have excellent customer service skills, then this may be the job for you!This position will provide administrative support to QSAC’s Offices at our QSAC Melville Corporate Office.Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and admit visitors and greet students and families, while maintaining appropriate security procedures (visitor log book, time card swipes, etc.)Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and ordering supplies.Maintain paper and computer files.Calendar management and create/edit Microsoft Office documents as requested.Respond to and transfer all incoming calls, take messages in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.Qualifications & Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree highly preferred or related administrative experience required.1-2 years customer service/office experience is highly preferred.Punctuality and regular attendance are expected.Maintain individual/family confidentiality.Commitment to company values and adherence to policies is essential.Excellent customer service skills are required.Ability to juggle multiple tasks with flexibility.Dependability and flexibility are expected.Excellent interpersonal skills are required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.MissionQSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
