About the role:
Pompa Program is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP of HR) to lead and scale our HR function as we grow from 500 to 2,500+ team members. This role will be crucial in building and refining the HR infrastructure, ensuring the alignment of our people strategy with our mission and business objectives. The SVP of HR will build and oversee various sub-departments including but not limited to: HR Business Partners (HRBP), Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and more, but will not be responsible for recruiting. A strong focus on HR laws and compliance on an international level is essential.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports Pompa Program’s growth objectives and mission.
Team Expansion:
Implement a scalable HR playbook to grow the company from 500 to 2,500+ team members.
Department Development:
Build and oversee sub-departments including but not limited to: HRBP, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Cultural Stewardship:
Foster a strong, mission-driven company culture that aligns with our faith-based values and belief in the body’s ability to heal itself.
Change Management:
Lead organizational change initiatives to support rapid growth and ensure effective communication and implementation of new processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including international HR laws, and manage HR-related risks. Implement and monitor compliance programs to address global HR policies and practices.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and support career development.
Employee Engagement:
Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Scaling Expertise:
Proven experience in scaling HR functions in a high-growth company from 500 to 2,500+ employees.
Sub-Department Leadership:
Demonstrated success in building and managing HR sub-departments such as HRBP, Learning and Development, and Total Rewards.
Compliance Expertise:
Extensive knowledge and experience with HR laws and compliance on an international level. Proven track record of managing global HR compliance and risk.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

Strategic Thinker:
Ability to think strategically and execute operationally with a hands-on approach.
Leadership Skills:

Compensation Range:$230k - $270k salary
