This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to help support the business and our customers. A successful candidate should be a team-player who can also work independently and who enjoys working closely with others.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate partyGive information and help to solve customer problemsAssist with eligibility, enrollment, implementation, renewal, and annual review processesProcess and ensure accuracy of client forms and applications for submissionVerify coverage for providersCommunicate and develop business relationships with clientsScan & email documentsMaintain professional attitude, stability, and tolerance in multi-task, time-critical environmentID card requestsCRM data entryDaily office tasks such as Outlook Inbox managementMath calculation for payroll deduction, safe harbor and other repetitive tasks for clientsOnline carrier submissions in varying formatsSpecial projects and other duties as assignedThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.Competencies:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
