Responsibilities:Lead accounting analysis meetings with agency partners or Acrisure accounting prior to conversion to identify Pr/Br Commission Agreements.Communicate with Platform Accounting Lead and each Agency Partner to solution Pr/Br commission agreements.Work with Platform lead and controllers to gain approvals.Enter commission agreements into Platform database.Validate commission value appears on Pr/Br as expected per commission template completed by AP in sample and final.Identify any employees or brokers with commission values on policies that do not appear on the commission template.Clean up commission agreements in prior databases before platform conversions.Participate in regularly scheduled status calls or meetings with conversion team and agency partner to ensure all deliverables are met.Ensure AMS structure design is compatible with the agency partner’s Pr/Br Commission agreements.Participate in a team setting to help convert agency partners Pr/Br data to Applied EPIC for platform integrations.Participate in regularly scheduled platform calls or team meetings.

Requirements:Strong experience in Agency software, Applied (EPIC, and TAM) and Vertafore (AMS360) platforms, required.Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Education/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Five years minimum Insurance agency accounting or AMS systems experience, required.
