Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trialWork on complex property and injury casesDraft pleadings and conduct depositionsPrepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trialsSupervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basisWhat You Need for this Position
3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred)J.D. Degree or EsquireBar Certified: CO, CA, GA, or FLFamiliarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury TrialsCompetency in Case-Management SoftwareWhat's In It for You
