- Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial- Work on complex property and injury cases- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials- Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basisWhat You Need for this Position

- 3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred)- J.D. Degree or Esquire- Bar Certified: TN- Familiarity drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials- Competency in Case-Management SoftwareWhat's In It for You
