Subcontract Administrator . The

Subcontract Administrator

will provide proper subcontract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications and acts as the primary interface between subcontractors and G2 Ops for all subcontract related issues. This individual

will manage and administer

company subcontracts and will provide contractual guidance and work with business development/proposal managers, pricing teams, contract administrators, program managers and other company leaders. The Subcontract Administrator is also responsible for

all phases of the subcontract lifecycle

including subcontractor RFPs/cost proposals, subcontract negotiations, subcontract administration, invoicing, financial reporting, subcontract closeout, and other procurement activities.In addition to the above description, the

qualified candidate

is expected to support the following

essential functions

as a G2 Ops Subcontract Administrator:Administers subcontracts of various types (T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable type subcontracts)Reviews, negotiates, and executes NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Consulting Agreements as requiredCreates simple to complex RFP solicitations in accordance with customer and company requirementsEvaluates vendor/supplier proposal responsesConducts price and cost analysisReviews and negotiates pricing and terms/conditions with subcontractors and consultantsIdentifies and resolves issues and problems on assigned subcontracts and makes recommendations to the Program Managers and Director of Contracts as applicableMonitors subcontractor and vendor performance in accordance with company policies, contractual requirements, and legal requirementsMaintains accurate and up-to-date records of all subcontract documentsActs as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and G2 Ops for all subcontract-related issuesRegularly interacts and initiates discussion/meetings with internal stakeholders, including program managers, contracts, finance, accounting, business development, to ensure that subcontracting activities support overall project and company objectivesManages the subcontract closeout processWhat does this mean to you?

We are seeking expertise in Government subcontract administration. To be successful in the role, our desired candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar, plus

3+ years of clearly demonstrated

Government subcontract administration

experience . Knowledge about AI is also required. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than

5 years of applicable subcontract work experience
