Duties and Responsibilities:Provide assistance and support to users for printers, computers and other equipmentProvide proper lab sanitation and social distancing guidance to lab occupants, enforcing official campus policies as requiredSanitize lab areas and equipment as users leave throughout the shiftEnsure all equipment is treated with proper care and not removed without authorizationLog equipment damage and malfunctions with management
Qualifications:Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learnCustomer service skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively in spoken and written EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with maintaining computer hardware/software is desiredAble to work nights and/or weekends
