Job Description

Collaborate with the Senior Director to craft and implement the strategic plan for the brand's global business, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics in the brick & mortar and E-commerce space.Analyze consumer trends and portfolio performance, using insights to drive in-market activation of our base business and new product launches.Analyze marketing and media tactics being deployed in the US marketplace to determine ROI/ROAS to ensure proper iteration of future tactics that drive optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage MTA tools for testing and validation.Foster cross-functional collaboration with R&I, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Market Research, Sales, and Finance to enhance product campaigns, claims, and delivery, as well as to validate financial assumptions within the US context.Conduct detailed business analyses to understand brand performance within the US, identifying key drivers and competitive insights. Communicate these findings across the company to inform decision-making.Lead the creation and execution of annual marketing plans that resonate with US consumers and meet financial objectives. Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to implement robust activation programs, including digital/social media strategies, PR, and local market-specific initiatives.Manage and be accountable for marketing expenditure, ensuring effective budget utilization in line with US market norms; propose testing and learning opportunities in new channels to reach net new consumers.Work closely with sales and go-to-market teams to develop strategies that appeal to the US retail environments, including compelling sales narratives and presentations.Periodic travel (every 6 weeks) to California will be requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally with exposure to regulated consumer products sector. Background in Personal Care, is ideal but not necessary.Experience working with consumer research teams to develop insights relevant to the US market. Experience with Nielsen/IRI is a necessity.Proven track record in developing integrated marketing strategies and executing complex programs, with a focus on digital and sustainable practices.Budget management experienceExperience in leading diverse teams (cross-functional, cross-geography and external agencies).
