Sales Managers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and margin sales goals by leading the team in the defined sales processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures the Sales Team effectively follows successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork, and that the customer has an excellent buying experienceHas a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains maintains strong familiarity of all brands at their locationUtilizes One Water sales tools, including CRM, to ensure the team is performing daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing sold customersBuilds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputationProfessionally presents products to customers and prospects, including reviewing the features and benefits of the various boats, preparing quotes, completing trade evaluations and presenting pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goalsPartners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents and setting up deliveriesPromotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boatActively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer eventsShowroom inventory management, ordering and coordination of displayQualifications & Expectations
Customer satisfaction, both internal and externalAchieves or exceeds sales unit and revenue goalsEffective utilization of sales tools, including One Water Sales Processes and CRMAchievement of required One Water Sales Certifications
