EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for planning and executing assigned projects to achieve business goals. The Project Lead will also assist Project Managers in the technical and administrative work using Microsoft Project and the project management processes related to supporting the Information Technology Division.

This position will plan and execute automation projects of moderate complexity. Create, manage, maintain, and update project schedules; conduct and facilitate meetings and provide regular project status; prepare reports or make presentations as related to project status; and assist in preparing project reports for strategic planning.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor's degree and five years related experience. Also, five years contiguous hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Professional 2016 and above. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. This position also requires sound understanding of project management, and knowledge of project change management procedures, analytical skills and expertise with relevant software tools and good problem-solving abilities.

Additionally, this position requires the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with accuracy and clarity, efficiently manage multiple tasks or projects for extended periods, conduct team-focused application workshops using structured steps for planning and designing a system, and work in a cross-functional team environment.

The preferred candidate will have experience with Project Center cloud environment, previous hands-on project experience working on court related projects, and high level of data manipulation and reporting knowledge.
