In order to provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity is seeking an experienced, results oriented and service focused individual to join our Business Banking team to travel between our New Jersey branch locations in the Mercer County region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
This position will require thorough knowledge of all credit union products and services, including deposit products, lending products, cash management products and virtual banking tools, with a solid understanding of features and benefits of each.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- The main focus will be on generating new business member deposit accounts, business loans, retention and cross selling other products and services of Affinity.
- Develop banking relationships with middle market and larger businesses.
- Actively engages in business networking and community activities to achieve targeted sales goals.
- Creates awareness in the local community that the credit union is providing multi-product banking solutions to the business community.
- Actively employs strategies to expand business banking member relationships by identifying their needs and maximizing opportunities.

- Serves as primary point of contact and delivers member satisfaction and relationship profitability.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior business banking experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Must demonstrate effective sales and service behaviors.
