Enviro Tech, an Arxada company is seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. This is a high visibility role and specializes in supporting technical and commercial sales, helps build a robust opportunities pipeline, and convert customer trials into commercial successes in water treatment application mainly for municipal and agricultural markets.

ResponsibilitiesFind new opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, drive trials at new sites, convert current trials to commercial successes through sales teams.Provide sales and technical support for existing customers of wastewater and agricultural irrigation water.Work with engineering team and engineering partners on quotes and design requirements for peracetic acid trials whenever necessary.Collect, analyze, and provide data on the performance of our peracetic acid applications from customers, regulatory, and R&D teams.Support plans to translate innovation projects to commercial success and work with the sales team on execution.Support distribution manager, inside sales, and external channel partners on new customers development.Support marketing function when necessary on white papers, building campaigns, and exhibiting at trade shows.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering.5-7 years of field level sales experience in waste water applications is required.Knowledge of treatment practices for municipal waste water and agricultural water is requiredUnderstanding of FIFRA regulations will be desirable.Strong knowledge of peracetic acid chemistry and applications is highly preferred.Willingness to travel up to 40% in US and some possible travel to Canada.Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., salesforce) is highly preferred.Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team and independently.

The expected salary range for this role is $106.000 - $180.000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
