The primary duty of the HR Recruiting Administrator is to support the Human Resources Manager, Corporate and the restaurants with recruiting, vetting, hiring, staffing, onboarding and basic data entry admin needs. This position will actively post job ads, respond to hiring inquiries, interview candidates, process restaurant hire requests, conduct reference check, process the admin related duties of onboarding and meet the company requirements for timely hiring all while complying to EEOC guidelines of non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.Assists restaurants with filling team member hiring needs.Corresponds frequently with all restaurant teams on current hiring needs. Keeps hiring needs documents/calendar updated and organized.Responsible for tracking of open positions in specific regions/areas and maintaining positions in an applicant tracking system.Responsible for maintaining job posts for all hiring needs.Vetting incoming candidates daily and providing immediate response to qualified candidates for a prescreen call.Assists restaurant leadership teams by actively scheduling face to face interviews at the restaurant level.Responsible for updating candidate workflows; keeping an accurate account of each step for each candidate.Ensures all communication between the candidate and the restaurant leadership is conducted in a timely manner. All involved must be fully informed of interview and hiring details.Ensures all candidate interviews are properly recorded and consistent. All pre-hire paperwork is collected before the onboarding date.Conducts all reference checks for candidates; ensuring candidates meet required criteria for hire.Works with Human Resources Manager to approve all requested hires.Responsible for ensuring candidates are hired on a timely basis. Helps administratively prepare offer letters and correspondence to schedule onboards.Assists or prepares correspondence.Performs all other duties as assigned.Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed.Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant experience.2+ years of administrative or hiring experience.Intermediate knowledge of computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Dropbox.Must work at our Corporate Office- Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; not a remote position.Excellent service skills, email and phone etiquette.Required Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity guidelinesAbility to multi-task.Works cooperatively with many departments within the organizationProblem solving-identifies and resolves problems in timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.Interpersonal skills: maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.Oral communication-speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.Written communication-edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.Planning/organizing-prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.Quality control-demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.Adaptability-adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.Dependability-consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management directions and solicits feedback to improve performance.Physical abilities-able to perform all physical requirements per the attached job description.
