WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are seeking a dynamic and eager Senior Experiential Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading the planning, development, and execution of experiential marketing projects and events. They will possess and learn a keen understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and the ability to create immersive experiences that resonate with target audiences.

This role requires a self-starter with an inquisitive mind, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:Partner with project managers and clients to help execute project objectives, scope, and deliverablesIdentify and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partnersCoordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and transportationAssist project managers with budgets and financial tracking for eventsLead onsite operations for assigned projects: Manage assigned crew to ensure proper instruction and equipment is provided for the successful execution of the eventIncorporate new ideas and innovations into project strategies by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketingDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of experiential marketing initiatives. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaignsPartner with the Logistics and Operations department to prep activation and load materials for transportationAssist with the unloading, assembling, set up, and breakdown process for event activationInventory asset managementOccasionally drive box trucks or small pickup trucks and trailersMaintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and gather insights for future improvementsTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field2 years proven experience in Live Event support, Marketing, Production, and/or Operations, preferably in experiential marketing or event managementStrong communication, creative thinking, and problem solving skillsExceptional organizational abilities and attention to detailWillingness to learn project management tools and softwareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFlexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as neededAbility to travel up to 65% of the time, mostly weekends and some holidaysAbility to prioritize work remotely and in officeAbility to use power tools and operate forklifts (upon training)General knowledge of A/V/L production equipmentAbility to lift at least 50 lbsAbility to supervise a crew of 1-10 peopleAbility to adapt to new people, demands, and fast paced environments
