As an Entry Level Events Assistant at Maintenance Technician, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn the ins and outs of event management.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth operations.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and documentation.Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all details are executed as planned.Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for future events.Support the team with any other tasks as needed to ensure successful event delivery.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in event management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a bonus, but not required.Benefits
