Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience.Managing all hotel services, including franchise and brand compliance.Engaging with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.Building and maintaining relationships with customers, staff, vendors, and stakeholders.Managing all job tasks within the operations of the hotel including but not limited to front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, budgeting, revenue management, team building, and employee development.Demonstrating leadership skills and dynamic problem-solving abilities.Monitoring economic trends and developing marketing strategies to promote hotel services.

A successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or business management; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
