In this position, you will perform and deliver on routine workforce planning projects & initiatives while leveraging and applying knowledge of assigned area(s). You will leverage analytics to support management & team in identifying & prioritizing staffing strategies, initiatives & analyses to drive results. You will contribute to implementing approaches aligned to business strategy & objectives. You will support analyses to advance growth & profitability initiatives and monitor plan execution to deliver meaningful business results.What you'll be doing

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.Supports research for the definition of criteria and metrics to identify and prioritize staffing initiatives and analyses needed to drive the achievement of strategic business goals.What we’re looking for

Must haves:4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).1 - 3+ Years experience in business and/or workforce planning and analytics directly aligned to the specific duties for this role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Nice to haves:Ability to work with others in a team environment.Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues).Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.Application Deadline

anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range
