Marketing Program Manager

to our Workplace Solutions team, to work remotely or in any of our office locations.As a Workplace Solutions Marketing Program Manager, you will coordinate and direct project team efforts toward realization of marketing strategies focused on our WPS objectives and communications. In partnership with the Marketing Manager, you will control all execution activities and direct team members involved in the project life cycle including resource planning, design, development, implementation, and completion of the project. You will maintain an efficient process for all marketing/business communications and collateral updates, resulting in a compliant environment as well as the attainment of measurable business goals driving market awareness of Lincoln’s products and/or services for assigned area(s).What you'll be doingBuild relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to elicit and capture complex marketing business goals and ensure all marketing tools, collateral and plans align with the business goals and objectives.Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality.Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.Manage marketing projects including collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, project planning, communications planning, managing changes to the project scope, ensuring that the project plan is accurate, updated, compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements, and consistent with Lincoln editorial and branding standards.Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects.What we’re looking forMust-haves:3 - 5+ years experience in marketing or program management directly aligned with the responsibilities for this position.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.Strong relationship management skills with internal clients; proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).Nice to haves:Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.Find common ground and gain collaboration among management, colleagues, and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong project management skills including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.Application DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted through September 27th, 2024, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume.What’s it like to work here?At Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do.
