Summary
Position SummaryAs part of the System Security leadership team, the Director of Security Operations Support will set the strategic direction for and manage the processes associated with system-wide integration of investigations, crime/loss prevention, training, security awareness, risk assessment, executive protection, and measurement/analysis. Ensure coherent integration with people (staffing), processes (workflows), technology, site-based operations, and other functional areas.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.License/Certifications : N/A.Experience:
5 years' management-level experience with program level responsibility in security management. 2 years' experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing tailored mitigation solutions; designing/delivering training to security professionals; investigations; and designing programs for effective measurement and actionable analysis.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
