SummaryPosition SummaryAs part of the System Security leadership team, the Director of Security Operations Support will set the strategic direction for and manage the processes associated with system-wide integration of investigations, crime/loss prevention, training, security awareness, risk assessment, executive protection, and measurement/analysis. Ensure coherent integration with people (staffing), processes (workflows), technology, site-based operations, and other functional areas.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.License/Certifications:

5 years’ management-level experience with program level responsibility in security management. 2 years’ experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing tailored mitigation solutions; designing/delivering training to security professionals; investigations; and designing programs for effective measurement and actionable analysis.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:

N/AAdditional Skills/Requirements Preferred:

Experience in healthcare or higher education with knowledge of existing and emerging risk/threat factors, mitigating strategies, and principles preferred. Prior experience with private sector security organizations or law enforcement agencies with a mission to safeguard people and assets of organizations of 50,000 people or more preferred.Additional Information
