rr Position Summary:
rThe Pyramid Model Specialist, under the direction of the Director of Early Childhood Programs, will support the goals of the Idaho Pyramid Model Collaborative through the execution of assigned projects and supports.
This role will provide support for multiple aspects of the state Pyramid Model Collaborative, including: scheduling cohort meetings with early education providers and consultants, coordinating and arranging for project materials to be distributed, assisting with training development, and supporting data collection and evaluation tasks.
This position is funded as a board appointed, half time position through June 30, 2025 on the Idaho SESTA project, with the potential for longer-term and/or full-time employment after.
rr Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
{=html} - Two years experience with administrative and other support tasks - Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, presentations, email and internet research - Experience with video conferencing platforms - Editing and writing business correspondence using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materials
rr Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines:
Early Childhood Education/Child DevelopmentElementary Education/Early Childhood EducationHuman Development and Family StudiesHome Economics/Child DevelopmentOr, any associate degree with 18 credit hours of coursework in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (studying children birth through 5 years)
Experience in:
Implementing Pyramid Model practices in early childhood settingsStrong understanding and ability to coach adult learners to implement quality practicesProficiency in written and spoken Spanish, utilizing appropriate grammar and accurate spellingData collection and entry
