The net.AMERICA Corporation is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst who will collect and analyze business requirements, interview stakeholders, and develop user stories for new agile projects. This position requires strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.Responsibilities
Serve as the Lead Functional Analyst for new agile development projects, driving the agile development of user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and sizing. (30%)Facilitate meetings with the government client to prioritize and validate stated requirements (20%)Utilize rational tools, i.e., Clear Quest, Requisite Pro, and RTC (10%)Coordinate with the technical architect, developers, and client subject matter experts to ensure requirements are understood (10%)Perform testing and develop use/test cases (10%)Assist the Work Order Project Manager (20%)Required Skills
3+ years of agile requirement experience including user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and sizing3+ years of agile planning experience including product, release, sprint, and daily tasks planning2+ years leading sprints experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationMust be able to work independently with little guidance and supervisionPreferred Skills
2+ years of experience with ReqPro and RTC2+ years of experience with ClearQuest2+ years of experience with SELCMUST BE A U.S CITIZENAdditional Information
