Key Responsibilities:Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and generate/update Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.Handle new client, matter, and intake forms; submit conflict check forms; draft acknowledgment letters; maintain communication through task completion.Input billable time entries for multiple attorneys; assist with monthly pre-bills as needed.Maintain and update multiple contact lists using Outlook.Provide administrative support to attorneys, including tasks related to compliance.Maintain confidentiality with professionalism and trustworthiness.Qualifications:4+ years of administrative support experience within a law firmLitigation experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative work environment; easy-going team.Compensation and Work Schedule:Hybrid Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.
