Job Requirements:6-10 years installing and configuring system hardware/software in an enterprise environment6-10 years installing operating system (OS) patches and upgradesExpertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OSX 10.10.X)Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experienceExperience using an endpoint management tool to provide remote supportStrong customer service skillsExperience providing administrative support in an IT environmentProficient time management skills and detail-oriented organizational skillsMicrosoft Certifications: MCPExperience managing service requests for IT support in ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platformExpertise in troubleshooting hardware-related issuesExpertise in troubleshooting complex software-related issuesAbility to make non-technical users comfortable with complex technology conceptsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office 2010+ and Office 365)
