4 years

of experience in

test strategy and test design.At least

4 years

of experience in

test execution analysis & reporting.At least

4 years

of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least

4 years

in Performance Testing.At least

4 years

of experience in

performance testing, analysis (client-side and server-side), and reporting skills.At least

3 years

of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders.Solid experience in preparation and execution of performance test scripts.At least

4 years

of experience with tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers.At least

3 years

working knowledge in debugging performance scripts and identifying performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.At least

3 years

of experience with

PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup.Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.Ability to lead/handle a team of up to 10 core engineers from local or remote locations.Experience in the

financial domain is preferred.Analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a

global delivery environment.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least
