4 years

of experience in

test strategy and test design .At least

4 years

of experience in

test execution analysis & reporting .At least

4 years

of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least

4 years

of experience in Performance Testing.At least

4 years

of experience in

performance testing, analysis (client-side and server-side), and reporting skills .At least

3 years

of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders.At least

4 years

of experience in test strategy and test design; solid experience in preparation and execution of performance test scripts.At least

4 years

of experience with tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with open-source and native performance tools for web/app and DB layers.At least

3 years

of working knowledge in debugging performance scripts and identifying performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.At least

3 years

of experience in

PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup .Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.Ability to lead/handle a team of up to

10 core engineers

from local or remote locations.Experience in the

financial domain is preferred .Analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a
