4 years

of experience in

test strategy and test design .At least

4 years

of experience in

test execution analysis & reporting .At least

4 years

of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery, including at least

4 years

of experience in Performance Testing.At least

4 years

of experience in

performance testing, analysis (client side and server side), and reporting skills .At least

3 years

of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders.Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.At least

4 years

of experience with tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with open-source and native performance tools for Web/App and DB layers.At least

3 years

working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.At least

3 years

of experience of

PT phases and pre-requisites

for

data setup .Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.Ability to lead/handle a team of up to 10 core engineers from a local or remote place.Experience in the

financial domain is preferred .Analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a

global delivery environment .Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least
