It's in our differences that we will find our inspiration to help people be happy from the inside out.THE ROLE: CONTRACT MANUFACTURING MANAGEROur Contract Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships for a defined product category, as well as a strong understanding of the supply network across the Supply Chain. This position requires superior business negotiation and communication, analytical/problem solving skills, strategy ownership, partnership first mentality, and a demonstrated ability to deliver and implement new supply chain programs to support a rapid scaling business. This role reports to OLLY’s Contract Manufacturing Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwnership and accountability of Contract Manufacturing partner(s) of an assigned product categoryDrive relationship management to support high performing requirement standards of service, cost, quality, and innovation needs for OLLYCreate and own execution of an ongoing 3-year plan to support Contract Manufacturing strategy of an assigned product categoryTrusted go-to point of escalation for cross-functional partners to ensure resolution of any needed business deliverable opportunitiesSupport Sourcing events of new Contract Manufacturers as needed to ensure supplier strategies are realizedDeliver cost savings goals for OLLYFacilitate supplier quarterly business reviews for Contract Manufacturers of an assigned product categoryCreate KPI’s for all primary Contract Manufacturers based on input from Finance, Supply Chain, and SalesExecute and/or renew supply agreements and negotiations, while maintaining key metrics in contract database to support the OLLY businessPartner closely with Finance teams to ensure accuracy of payment terms, standard costs, PPV, and InvoicingAct as a key player to support continuous improvement process for a rapidly scaling OPS teamTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is an experienced leader in supply chain and supplier management, and someone who thrives in a quickly growing environment with great communication across functions.CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management in CPGProven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreementsExperience owning and managing a complex end-to-end supply chainBackground in Planning, Logistics, and Customer ServiceLean, APICS, or CPSM Certification or training a plusAbility to be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environmentAbility to give and receive clear and actionable feedbackCreative problem solving + strong analytical skillsAbility to step away from the details and share the big picture impact to all OLLY’sAn analytical thinker with a “Can Do!” attitudeINTERVIEW PROCESSInitial video screen with a member of our Talent team.
