DescriptionEvans is hiring an Executive Business Support Manager resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will play a crucial role in assisting the leadership and executive teams while supporting efficient office operations. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in managing and improving business processes, leadership support, data integrity, relationship management, and teamwork in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and skilled in managing complex projects with tight timelines.Location Details:

This role is hybrid with 3 days/week on-site at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Headquarters in Washington D.C.ResponsibilitiesAct as a team leader supporting people and project management functions while serving as a client liaison.Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and support staff.Arrange and coordinate logistics for executive leadership meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.Provide meeting and program support that includes scheduling, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, capturing meeting minutes and actionable items, and providing administrative planning.Lead operational, logistical, and administrative planning support for large scale virtual and in-person events.Ensure cross organizational alignment on messaging to external stakeholders regarding programs and initiatives.Lead and maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence or memos on behalf of executive leadership that includes reviewing, distributing, and summarizing content to appropriate personnel.Track and report on the status of actions and initiatives that include but are not limited to official letters, emails, speeches, meeting packages, and reports.RequirementsA degree (BA/BS) in any discipline is required.Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience.Federal Government Agency and FAA-related experience is required.Experience managing sensitive information with a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.Ability to identify challenges and generate new process improvement suggestions.Ability to work independently or act as a team player with skills in collaborating with and supporting colleagues.Experience with stakeholder identification, outreach and management involving senior executives and program leadership.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand both meaning as well as intent of writing and develop appropriate response strategies to both elements.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to be proactive.Ability to prioritize and manage tasks across several competing projects.Proficient in MS Office applications and maintaining content on SharePoint sites.Demonstrates critical thinking, self-starter attitude, self-awareness, and integrity.Work AuthorizationU.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 (annualized USD).
