Job Description

The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A supports monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders as well as analysis of key priorities to the executive team. Responsibilities include month-end close reporting and insights, communicating financial results to finance leadership, and providing key support to quarterly Board of Directors meetings and the earnings release process. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to influence both peers & leaders, a constant sense of curiosity about the business, strong sense of ownership, and a strategic mindset. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.This role is Hybrid- Seattle, WA and does require three days per week in office. We do not offer relocation for this position.A day in the life…Support key internal and external reporting deliverables including monthly close, monthly business review, and quarterly earnings analysis to our executive teamManage creation & compilation of executive presentations including monthly business review, quarterly board of directors meeting materials, and other leadership meetingsSupport automated reporting and process optimization efforts including internal reporting and executive team KPIsAssist Investor Relations summarizing competitor earnings releases, providing key insights to the organizationDevelop and maintain a strong knowledge of retail and general industry trends, practices and issues, while assessing and communicating their potential impact on the businessProvide ad hoc analyses and special projects supporting finance leadershipYou own this if you have…A bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar areaA minimum of 5+ years progressive experience in retail or a similar sectorExperience building & owning flexible, scalable reports, models & tools that support decision making in a wide range of business areasAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, including the ability to use complex formulas. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
