Washington, DCKwáan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.Core Duties:Assist Treasury managers by aiding in planning, managing, directing, and controlling ongoing operations/processes pertaining to mission activities supporting OIA senior leadership.Planning and coordinating meetings for management.Performing general office management tasks such as updating records, facilitating day to day operations, making travel arrangements, scheduling domestic and international travel.Performing administrative tasks including drafting memos, maintaining records, and requesting supplies, for management.Drafting communications, including reports and briefings, for management and distributing them as needed.Deciding action(s) necessary for individual functional responsibility and determining priority.Collecting, analyzing, and integrating complex information for management.Reviewing and analyzing reports, memoranda, and other substantive documents submitted to management.Travel Requirements:
0 - 10%Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years experience.Experience with supporting calendars for multiple supervisors.Strong communication skills to engage senior and executive-level leadership.Experience in providing administrative support to an individual or team in an organization.Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.Location:
