Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and more.Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notes.Conduct meetings with clients, architects, and other partners to provide project updates.Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI's, pencil draws, change order management, and project close out.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.Minimum 2 years of industry experience.Goal-oriented -- ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and still achieve the desired end results.Calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.Strong understanding of project cost analysis.Experience with project management software is a plus (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Salesforce, Microsoft Project).Additional Information
