Experienced with US and Canadian operationsResponsible for timely and accurate completion of monthly close reports and completion of monthly journal entriesResponsible for monthly account reconciliationsAssist with monthly preparation of written commentary for the executive management group explaining the results of US and Canadian operations in comparison to current and prior year budgetAssist applicable departments with accurate accounting for the following company accounts: insurance accounts, liabilities regarding geological drilling projects and costs, and various accrual accountsResponsible for assisting with timely and accurate maintenance, preparation, and issuance of plant and corporate cost statements, including the review of monthly cost statements to ensure the accuracy of ongoing productionAssist with the year-end audit, preparation of audited financial statements, and related footnote requirementsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA PreferredBIG 4 EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!!Mining or Manufacturing ExperienceKNOWLEDGE OF IFRS StandardsAdditional Information
