Tri-Cities area - Richland, Kennewick and Pasco 3 hours to Seattle or Portland 2 hours to Spokane Direct flights from Seattle, Portland, Denver, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix/Mesa, Salt Lake City, & Minneapolis sees all ages including youth & geriatrics up to 16 appointments per day sole provider on site; access to CMO & other providers is by phone/email/video includes local travel to see clients in residential facility (4 days per month) REQUIRED: must have DEA-X waiver & willingness to prescribe suboxone REQUIRED: two years of prescribing experience REQUIRED: two years of clinical experience with adults with complex medical & behavioral health needs Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program
