Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid)The Inside Sales Manager will lead a successful team of inside sales representatives to generate new projects and revenue growth by pursuing leads, supporting large customers while managing small to mid-size customers. This team will also partner with Marketing and Communication teams including the sharing of product information and sales collateral, sending samples when appropriate and capturing insights in CRM for their project development. Inside Sales Associates move the prospects from "Lead to Order" and generate more business for all markets in the Human Nutrition and Health (HNH) segment. This role will also be responsible to actively manage small accounts as set forth by HNH Senior Management.Key Responsibilities:Manage, develop and motivate a team of inside sales account managers and sales coordinatorsEnsures proper training and use of the

CRM

and other tools and drive toward excellence in customer experience across sales organizationAssist in, monitoring, and executing goals for revenue, growth, and KPl'sEvaluate, assign and measure leads from various sources, ensuring first contact and follow up.Create and manage best practices to support account management team through seasonal and regular activities including, but not limited to bid process, sample follow up, budgeting, CRM hygiene, & overall reportingIdentify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend actionable solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing field or science/technology required; food science degree preferred.3 to 5 years of Sales managerial experience.
