KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the sales and marketing activitiesPrepare Morningstar Presentation Studio templates quarterlyPrepare ad hoc competitive analysesDownload, summarize and distribute industry asset flow information quarterlyPrepare and distribute competitor reports to sales teams and portfolio managers on a monthly basisProduce Morningstar and Lipper ranking report weekly and monthlyPrepare custom rankings as necessaryDemonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with othersREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required1+ years of related experience in the asset management industryKnowledge of asset management analytic and data tools (Morningstar Direct, eVestment Analytics, Lipper)Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systemsDemonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writingDemonstrate close attention to detailAble to handle multiple projects and shifting prioritiesAble to organize and prioritize workAble to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
