Identify, create, and execute on mechanisms to improve roadmap prioritization, transparency, efficiency, communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction for 6+ software teams and product and science partners.Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints across Director and VP level organizations.Drive communication with Director and VP level stakeholders and leaders.Create a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to find new and better ways to identify and solve problems.Build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director and VP level organizations.Coach and mentor other TPMs to foster a supportive culture of collaboration and delivery to high standards.Get support and mentorship from principal and senior leadership.About the team

7+ years of technical product or program management experience.10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.5+ years of software development experience.Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
