Key Job Responsibilities:Identify, create, and execute on mechanisms to improve roadmap prioritization, transparency, efficiency, communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction for 6+ software teams and product and science partnersAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints across Director and VP level organizationsDrive communication with Director and VP level stakeholders and leadersCreate a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to find new and better ways to identify and solve problems.Build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director and VP level organizationsCoach and mentor other TPMs to foster a supportive culture of collaboration and delivery to high standardsGet support and mentorship from principal and senior leadershipAbout the Team:Inclusive Team Culture:Our team is diverse! Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
