Job Overview:Reporting to the CEO/President, the Chief Credit Officer is the executive manager responsible for the Credit and Risk Management departments. This position is responsible for assuring our credit underwriting standards and policies are compliant with regulatory directives, maintaining a credit approval process that monitors and manages authorities for lending personnel, monitoring the asset portfolio for diversification by asset type, price structures and maturity levels in conjunction with the ALCO committee and participates in risk assessment practices to identify areas of concern or potential exposure to loss.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance or a related field required5-7 years of experience in Credit oversightExtensive background in credit administration, operations and collections10+ years of senior management experienceDeliver an exceptional customer service experience.Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.About Us
