Maintain the books and records of several General Partnership programs. Activities to be performed include general ledger accounting, reconciling operations annually, and accurately calculating equity allocation of market and tax income.

Prepare annual general partner and investor entity reports for participants. Assist with the annual grant process. Utilize investor management software to enter partnership closings, capital calls, distributions, and year-end tax and market profit/loss. Review cash activity and upload to the general ledger accounting system. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. Using income estimates, prepare distributions for partner estimated tax payments. Prepare cash analysis to determine the amount for capital calls and distributions.

Calculate using allocation schedules to determine call or distribution to each partner. Provide assistance and support on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Professional individual with the ability to perform independently as well as part of a team. High-quality administrative/organizational skills; strong attention to detail. Experience with partnership accounting and knowledge of partnership tax is helpful. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient to advanced Excel skills; willingness to learn new systems and applications. 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience.
