1Position Summary:Incumbent is responsible for the coordination of the materials management system throughout the medical center or health system, with regards to procurement, processing, and distribution of materials and services. Provides strategic planning, direction, and leadership for Clinical Supply Chain operations. Manages designing, planning, and directing the clinical supply chain process, through creating systems, defining internal standards, and ensuring standards are met. Strategically manage the enterprise perioperative clinical supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of resources across the network. Play a critical role in leveraging scale for value across physician, business, and service line leaders, ultimately enhancing efficiency, quality of care, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the perioperative clinical supply chain operations across the region and alignment to Value Management Governance and Steering structures. $241,900.00Required Qualifications:Interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with all levels of staff and coordinate supply chain activities across functions.Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.In-depth knowledge of the most current materials management best practices and systems.Comprehensive knowledge of relevant internal policy, external regulations, and best practices.Skills to forecast talent needs, and encourage leadership development for succession planning.Advanced skills in organizing, simplifying, and increasing efficiency of processes and procedures while maintaining standards and compliance.Strong ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a complex, challenging environment.
