Litigation Associate (Consumer Products) – San Diego

Annual Salary: $225,000 – $325,000We are looking to speak with California-licensed junior- to mid-level litigation associates to join our client’s active Consumer Products practice group in San Diego.This is an opportunity to join a resourceful team recognized for their competence and outstanding legal skills, including writing, substantive legal knowledge, oral advocacy, strategic thinking, and judgment.You will represent manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of consumer products in litigation and regulatory matters involving the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and consumer product safety laws.You will also assist clients with managing product recalls and the development and implementation of consumer product safety programs that meet compliance obligations, and regularly represent clients in litigation and regulatory matters involving advertising and marketing laws, including matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Advertising Division (NAD).
