$225,000 – $325,000We are looking to speak with California-licensed junior to mid-level litigation associates to join our client’s active Consumer Products practice group in Los Angeles.This is an opportunity to join a resourceful team recognized for their competence and outstanding legal skills, including writing, substantive legal knowledge, oral advocacy, strategic thinking, and judgment.Responsibilities:Represent manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of consumer products in litigation and regulatory matters involving the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and consumer product safety laws.Assist clients with managing product recalls and the development and implementation of consumer product safety programs that meet compliance obligations.Regularly represent clients in litigation and regulatory matters involving advertising and marketing laws, including matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Advertising Division (NAD).For a confidential chat about this or other roles we are handling, please contact Will Sciarretta in the Jameson Legal US Team.
