Description:Seeking Sr. Technical Support Engineers with POS integration technologies for cloud-based platforms and mobile ordering systems. In this position, you will provide technical support to customers in a wide variety of industries, assist with troubleshooting, support team members, aid new product integration efforts, and train team members. Must be able to work 3rd shift to support international customers and/or be on call 24/7. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Requirements:5+ years customer support experienceJava, JMSTomcat, Apache Web Servers, and LinuxWindows PlatformsStrong troubleshooting skillsTCP/IP Network and wireless solutionsSQL, RDBMS knowledge and experienceMicrosoft COM, SQL scriptingExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform is a plusProject management experience is a plusBilingual in Spanish and English is a plusPOS Interface, configuration management and support experience (such as Micros, Xpient, Par, Sicom, Aloha/Radiant platforms) is a plus
