Job Responsibilities:
Review all fixed income portfolios on an ongoing basisCommunicate with portfolio managers and institutional clients to confirm portfolio objectivesContinuously monitor the firm's fixed income holdingsExecute trades in coordination with Director of Fixed IncomeWork with brokers on trade settlementSet up and master IMTC, the portfolio allocation software recently purchased by the firmLearn the firm's investment philosophy and monitor relevant fixed income markets, eventually conducting research and presenting new investment ideasQualifications:
Bachelor's degree requiredInterest in obtaining CFA® designation is required; some progress towards this objective is preferredProven financial services experience, with preference given to sell-side bond experienceUnderstanding of interest rate market and the bid process employed by bond brokersStrong attention to detailRequired Years of Experience:
