A law firm in Cleveland is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Partner-level Litigator to join its team. The successful candidate will lead complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes, demonstrating expertise in the legal field. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to bring a portable business to the firm.Duties:Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases for the law firm.Handle related strategic disputes and provide expert legal advice.Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client representation.Requirements:Proven experience as a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation.Demonstrated ability to manage and lead legal teams effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A portable business is required.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar.Skills:In-depth knowledge of commercial litigation and related legal practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in legal research and case management.
