A law firm in Baltimore is seeking an accomplished Partner-level Litigator to play a pivotal role in managing complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes. The ideal candidate should bring substantial relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and a portable business.Duties:Handle complex commercial litigation cases and related strategic disputes.Manage and lead legal teams effectively.Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients.Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.Requirements:Demonstrated experience as a Litigator, preferably at the Partner level.Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and lead legal teams.Portable business is a requirement.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar.Skills:Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.Client-focused with a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
