Apr 28, 2022Profile:Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP Talent Management & Employee Experience is a fully remote leadership opportunity that will serve on the HR Leadership Team. This person will develop, implement, and measure HR plans and strategies and ensure that the enterprise has the talent, culture and engaged workforce needed to achieve strategic objectives and support long-term strategy and goals.The ideal candidate has proven success developing and successfully deploying talent and organizational design strategies. They have experience leading sophisticated, enterprise-wide change initiatives and are an innovative thinker, implementing best practices as well as performing as a collaborative problem-solver. This person possesses outstanding business and analytical skills to build visible links between strategy, organization needs, business process, and performance. If this resonates with your experience and passion, we invite you to apply!What do you do?Lead development and implementation of an enterprise talent strategy and philosophy that enables Realogy’s business strategy and cultivates a high-performance culture.Work closely with business leaders to provide change leadership support and deliver on critical talent initiatives that support our enterprise strategy.Ensure Realogy’s Winning Behaviors are embedded in all we do serving as the hallmark of our culture.Lead top 200 leadership talent strategy and execution focused on performance, development, and succession readiness.Oversee enterprise performance management, talent reviews and calibration leadership pipeline and career development strategies.Lead Realogy’s employee engagement and listening strategy to continually improve the employee experience.Lead change management efforts and communication strategy across HR function for all talent initiatives.Facilitate executive onboarding and coaching.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in organization development, organization or I/O psychology, HR or related field highly preferred; Masters degree or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience preferred.10 years’ experience with talent related practices in a global, dynamic, “high-bar for talent” environment.Budget and staff management experience.Qualifications:Outstanding consultation, communication, collaboration and influencing skills.Experience, maturity, executive presence, and judgment to gain credibility and respect among senior business and HR leaders.Strong facilitation skills for leading formal and informal presentations with senior leadership, including CEO and board.Experienced at conflict resolution and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced matrixed environment with a sharp focus on the prioritization of the most meaningful work to achieve milestones and drive impact.#LI-Remote #LI-AD1
